Who we are
ARTshifters is a collective of artists, technical specialists, and cultural strategists dedicated to bringing public spaces to life.
Founded and led by Jiří Suchánek—former CEO of Pilsen European Capital of Culture 2015 and a World EXPO veteran (Shanghai, Astana, Dubai)—our team combines high-level cultural consultancy with hands-on production. From light, music, and film festivals to large-scale city celebrations and permanent exhibitions, we design and deliver diverse cultural experiences.
We believe in long-term relationships; we work closely with a stable circle of international artists to co-develop, test, and present original projects. Our experienced technical crew knows every installation and setup inside out, routinely solving logistical challenges in any environment—whether it's tight historical alleys, subterranean spaces, open rivers, or harsh Nordic winters. Backed by a reliable project management team, we handle everything from creative concepts and administration to flawless technical execution.
