FIFTH   ELEMENT

The impressive 360-degree projection reflects the beauty and terrifying power of the basic building blocks of our world. Water, fire, earth and air have been considered the basic ones since ancient times. Plato added a fifth to them – ether. Our ether is a fusion of technology and art that, upon closer inspection, allows us to visualize organisms that demonstrate the fragility and interconnectedness of all components of our being and actions.

Technical description
Fifth Element is a 6-meter projection sphere featuring an inward-facing 4K projector. This unique setup allows visitors to touch the surface of the sphere without casting shadows on the projection. A built-in sound system is integrated inside the structure, and together with the visuals it creates an immersive loop approximately 3.5 minutes long.
